From which materials the Jiusko's watches are they made?
They are made of luxurious materials such as Sapphire, Stainless steel, Genuine leather and High precision movements. We also use Gold
and Diamonds (Tourbillon watches).
What are the Jiusko's watches resistance to water?
The water resistance range is about 3 to 30 ATM depending on the model. We focus on High water resistance to ensure our watches can face all
customers needs. For the one with 20 ATM water resistance, they are suitable for Scuba Diving when the one with 30 ATM are suitable for Diving in
extreme conditions. Water resistance is often described in meters. For instance, 30 ATM is equal to 300 meters.
What mecanisms powered the Jiusko's watches?
Some watches are powered by High precision Quartz crystal while others are powered by a High precision mechanical movement.
Which companies are manufacturing the movements?
We have a fructuous relationship with some of the best movements makers such as Ronda (Switzerland), Hattori (Japan), Seiko Epson
(Japan), Miyota (Japan) and Hangzhou (Complex Tourbillon watches).
What are the differences between Quartz and Mechanical watches?

In which currency Jiusko's watches are they sell?
All prices are in USD. Shipping and other fees are all included in our prices. It's the final price for our customers.
Can I pay in a foreign currency?
Only USD are accepted for the moment.
How to order?
You need to access our "Collection" section (Main menu) and choose the model you're interesting in. You'll arrive at the description page where you'll
find all necessary information. From this page, you have to press the "Add to Cart" button and follow the instructions.

How long Can I return the watch I bought on your store?
We have a 15 days (after delivery) money-back guarantee. After returning your watch to our installations, we will proceed with a complete
refund. Shipping for returns are at customer's fees.
How Do I ask for a return?
We invite you to use the Contact form located in the "Contact" section of our Main Menu. We then call you back as fast as possible to support you
during all the process. We take care of our customers.
What Do I need to ship while I return a watch?
You need to ship to us the watch in the original box.

How long is the watches warranty?
One year on parts and labor. Shipping is at the customer fees.
